Corporate Planning: Corporate planning is undertaken at the top level, also known as Notes corporate level, and covers the entire organizational activities. It is of integrative nature and integrates entire planning process of the organization. The basic focus of corporate
planning is to determine the long-term objectives of the organization as a whole and to generate plans to achieve these objectives bearing in mind the probable changes in the
environment. Corporate planning, generally, has long-term orientation and provides basis for functional planning.
